Info about the prices

• The prices for the holiday flats are always for two persons.

• The price includes the final cleaning.

• For each additional person (from 14 years) we charge 12,00 € per day.

• We like animals, but out of consideration for the other guests and allergy sufferers we cannot accept pets on our farm.

• In South Tyrol, a tourism tax (Kurtaxe) was introduced in January 2014, which the guest must pay in addition to the flat price. It is paid to the landlord, who passes it on to the municipality. In our case, this tax amounts to 1.75 euros per day/person over 14 years of age.

Payment
Cash or bank transfer is best. In Italy, cash payments up to € 4,999.99 are allowed.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready for occupancy from 12.00 noon. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flats by 10.00 am.

Cancellation conditions
It is highly inconvenient for everyone if, for unforeseeable reasons and despite a binding reservation, your planned stay with us is cancelled.For cancellations from 2 months up to the 28th day before departure, we charge 3 days of the holiday apartment price, after that we charge a 100% cancellation fee.
The flat will also be charged in full in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Travel cancellation insurance
To avoid unnecessary costs in case of illness or other unforeseeable events, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
